BiasRelay는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 BiasRelay 앱 및 웹 서비스 이용 과정에서 어떤 정보가 처리되는지 설명합니다.
1. 처리하는 정보
BiasRelay는 회원가입이나 계정 생성을 요구하지 않습니다. 서비스 이용 과정에서 다음 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.
- 사용자가 번역을 요청하기 위해 입력한 문장
- 서비스 남용 방지 및 요청 제한을 위한 익명 식별자(client ID)
- 서비스 보안 및 운영을 위한 IP 주소
- 서버 오류 및 장애 확인을 위한 최소한의 기술 로그
즐겨찾기, 최근 사용 기록, 언어 설정, 테마 설정 등 일부 정보는 사용자의 기기 내 로컬 저장소(localStorage)에 저장될 수 있습니다.
2. 정보의 이용 목적
처리되는 정보는 다음 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
- 한국어 번역 기능 제공
- 과도한 요청 및 서비스 남용 방지
- 서비스 안정성 및 보안 유지
- 오류 및 장애 확인
3. 번역 요청 처리
사용자가 Ask Anything 기능을 통해 입력한 문장은 번역 제공을 위해 외부 AI API 제공업체인 DeepSeek의 서버로 전송될 수 있습니다.
BiasRelay는 해당 입력 내용을 광고, 사용자 프로파일링 또는 마케팅 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
민감한 개인정보, 비밀번호, 결제정보, 주민등록번호 등은 번역 입력창에 입력하지 않는 것을 권장합니다.
4. 정보의 보관
BiasRelay는 번역 요청 내용을 별도의 사용자 데이터베이스에 장기 저장하지 않습니다.
일부 기술 로그는 서비스 운영, 보안, 오류 분석을 위해 제한된 기간 동안 서버에 일시적으로 보관될 수 있으며, 운영상 필요가 없어진 정보는 삭제됩니다.
기기 내 localStorage에 저장된 정보는 사용자가 앱 또는 브라우저 데이터를 삭제할 때 함께 삭제될 수 있습니다.
5. 제3자 제공 및 외부 서비스
BiasRelay는 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 다음 외부 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다.
- DeepSeek: 번역 요청 처리
- Vercel: 웹 서비스 호스팅
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): 백엔드 서버 운영
- Cloudflare: 웹 방문 통계 집계
각 외부 서비스에서 처리되는 정보는 해당 사업자의 개인정보처리방침 및 서비스 정책의 적용을 받을 수 있습니다.

6. 광고 및 분석
BiasRelay는 광고 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.
방문자 수와 페이지뷰 집계를 위해 Cloudflare Web Analytics를 사용합니다. Cloudflare Web Analytics는 쿠키나 로컬 저장소 등 클라이언트 측 상태를 사용하지 않으며, IP 주소나 User Agent 문자열로 개인을 식별하지 않습니다. 개별 사용자를 여러 사이트에 걸쳐 추적하지 않습니다.
향후 광고 또는 추가적인 분석 기능이 도입되는 경우, 필요한 범위에서 본 개인정보처리방침을 업데이트합니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
BiasRelay는 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

BiasRelay Privacy Policy
BiasRelay respects the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when using the BiasRelay mobile application and web service.
1. Information We Process
BiasRelay does not require account registration or user profiles. The following information may be processed when you use the service:
- Text entered by the user for translation
- An anonymous client identifier used for request limiting and abuse prevention
- IP address for security and service operation
- Minimal technical logs used for error diagnosis and service reliability
Some preferences, such as favorites, recent items, language settings, and theme settings, may be stored locally on the user's device using localStorage.
2. How We Use Information
Information is processed only for the following purposes:
- Providing Korean translation functionality
- Preventing excessive requests and misuse
- Maintaining service stability and security
- Diagnosing technical errors and service failures
3. Translation Processing
Text entered through the Ask Anything feature may be transmitted to DeepSeek, an external AI API provider, in order to generate a Korean translation.
BiasRelay does not use translation input for advertising, user profiling, or marketing purposes.
Users are advised not to enter sensitive personal information such as passwords, payment information, government identification numbers, or other confidential information into the translation field.
4. Data Retention
BiasRelay does not maintain a long-term user database containing translation requests.
Certain technical logs may be temporarily retained for service operation, security, and error diagnosis. Such information is removed when it is no longer operationally necessary.
Information stored locally on the user's device may be deleted when the user clears the app or browser data.
5. Third-Party Services
BiasRelay may use the following third-party services as necessary to provide the service:
- DeepSeek: processing translation requests
- Vercel: web application hosting
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): backend infrastructure
- Cloudflare: web analytics
Information processed by these third-party services may also be subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.
BiasRelay does not sell users' personal information.
6. Advertising and Analytics
BiasRelay does not use advertising SDKs.
BiasRelay uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views and visits. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or other client-side state, and does not fingerprint individuals by IP address or User Agent string. It does not track individual users across sites.
If advertising or additional analytics features are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated as necessary.
7. Children's Privacy
BiasRelay does not intentionally collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the service, applicable laws, or data processing practices change. Material changes may be announced through the service or website.
